Instructions
: Configure eduroam network on a Google Pixel device
From the Home screen, go to
Settings
>
Network & Internet
>
Internet
Tap on the
eduroam
network to begin connecting
Enter the following for the connection settings
EAP Method:
PEAP
Phase 2 Authentication:
MSCHAPV2
CA Certificate:
Use system certificates
Minimum TLS version:
TLS v1.2
Online Certificate Status:
Do Not Verify
Domain:
metrostate.edu
Identity: your
StarID@metrostate.edu
Anonymous Identity:
Make sure to blank this out
Password: your
StarID Password
Advanced Settings: Leave all remaining settings on the default values
Note:
By default, the Google Pixel phone always adds the word "anonymous" to the Anonymous Identity field. In order to connect to eduroam, delete "anonymous" so the field is blank.
