University Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for reporting out progress to President's Executive Cabinet on all University managed and monitored projects.
In order to produce this progress report, University project managers will gather progress on monitored projects from the activity owner that is leading the project within the division. Progress updates on university managed projects and their milestones will come from updates that project manager provides in the TeamDynamix Project Portfolio Management system.
University PMO progress reports will include both project level progress as well as milestone level progress.
Progress reports will be provided four times a year, on January 15, March 15, June 30, and October 15 and be made available in the 1_Progress Reports channel in the current year's University PMO Projects-Team site. Once the report is published, an email will be sent to PEC with the link, to ensure they are aware of the report.
