University Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for reporting out progress to President's Executive Cabinet on all University managed and monitored projects (including university strategic activity projects).
In order to produce this progress report, University project managers will gather progress on monitored projects from the activity owner that is leading the project within the division. Progress updates on university managed projects and their milestones will come from updates that project manager provides in the TeamDynamix Project Portfolio Management system.
University PMO progress reports will include both project level progress as well as milestone level progress.
Progress reports are posted on the President's Office My.Metro page under Strategic Activities Progress on the left navigation under University Planning and Project Management Office (PMO).
