Overview:
Minnesota State NextGen Project Go Live Workday implementation for Financial Management and Human Resources is July 2024. In preparation for Workday implementation, every Minnesota State employee is required to complete training outlined in their Individual Training Plan (ITP).

Find your Individual Training Plan (ITP)
Every Minnesota State employee will be required to complete Workday training. Follow these instructions to find your individual training plan:
Steps 3-5, illustrated in the graphic that follows
- 3) Select the StarID drop down arrow (located in header row 5, column B)
- 4) Enter your StarID in the search box
- 5) Select OK
- Note: when you are finished filtering, please clear the filter before you close the spreadsheet/workbook
- For employees with virtual instructor-led and instructor-led Workday courses, computer-based training courses should be completed by April 28, 2024.
- Virtual instructor-led and instructor-led course invitations and registration details will be sent directly to participants from Minnesota State Workday Training Team approximately one week prior to the training session.

Start Your ELM Computer Based Training: Employee as Self
Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) will provide Employee as Self computer based training (CBT) courses, however individuals may have additional computer based ELM training courses depending on their role.
- Log into Enterprise Learning Management
- Select Learning Management
- Select My Learning to access your ELM Workday training courses
- Select Workday All Employees Training Program WD01 through WD05
Employee as Self - training required for every employee
Workday security roles assigned to a position determines the specific Workday training needed for completion. At minimum, every Minnesota State Employee will have assigned security role Employee as Self along with associated required Computer Based Training (CBT) delivered via Enterprise Learning Management system (ELM); these courses include the following training courses:
