Event Set-Up: Custom Set-Ups

How To


Question: 

  • How do I request a custom set-up for an event space?

Steps: 

  1. Download the attached PDF document that corresponds with the event space you are reserving. (Documents are located in the bottom right.)

  2. Draw in the way you would like items to be set up.

    1. Take into account all of the soft furniture that must stay in the room.

    2. Also take into account furniture limitations. 


Additional Information:

  • Those holding events are welcome to rent additional furniture from a third party vendor. 

  • Alternate options for submitting your set-up form include emailing it to building.services@metrostate.edu or dropping it off in person at Founders Hall 320.
