Request to Review Personnel File

Metropolitan State University retains information on each employee that is directly related to the employee’s position(s) with the University.

If you wish to review your employee records, please complete the Request to Review Personnel File. Human Resources will contact you <whatever the process is> to schedule an appointment for the review of the file.

The information retained may include, but is not limited to:

  • Resume, transcripts and other forms and correspondence used during the hiring process
  • Payment authorization and/or pay change documents
  • Personal data change
  • Position description
  • Performance Evaluations and/or Professional Development Documents
  • Letters of commendation
  • Disciplinary records

A Human Resources employee will be present during your appointment to review your personnel file.
