Information:

  • Multi-Function Printers are contracted by Loffler

  • HTC Helpdesk can troubleshoot paper james and error messages before escalating to Loffler.

  • Please record the Loffler ID# labeled on the printer. Loffler will need this information.

  • If there is an error message, also record and relay that message.
