  • I will be changing to a new phone number but will be using the same phone - what do I need to do?
  • I will be changing to a new phone (with or without a change to a new phone number) - what do I need to do?
  • I am locked out of my account and I did not set up an alternate MFA sign-in option (my phone has been lost, stolen, damaged or I received a new or phone or number and do not have access to my old phone or number).

Answers:

  • Make sure to set up an alternate sign-in option before you transition to a new phone or number. Once you set up an alternate sign-in option you will be able to select this alternate sign-in as needed, and help avoid being locked out of your account, while you transition to your new device or a new number.
