Log in to the Client portal to view and update a ticket

How To


  • How do I check the status of my ticket and update my ticket in the client portal?


1. Select Sign In located in the upper-right of the client portal. Use your MinnState login credentials:

        Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
        Employees: StarID@minnstate.edu
        StarID password

2.  Click on Services.

3.  Click on Ticket Requests.

4.  A list of tickets should appear at the bottom, refine your search by typing in relevant key words within the Search field.

5.  Click on the ticket request you would like to view.

6. To update the ticket, click Comment.

7. Click in the first field to select the person or group listed as Responsible. (This will notify the person assigned to your ticket by email.)

8. Click in the second field and type your comment.

9. Click Save to submit your comment.
