D2L Brightspace: Why is my course not displayed

  • Why is my course in D2L not visible?


  • You will not be able to view your course until the course is activated.
    • The instructor has the decision of when to activate the class.
  • If you believe the course is active and you do not see it, please contact your instructor to verify the course has been activated.
  • If the course is active and you can not see it, please contact the OIT Service Desk via service portal by clicking here, or call 763-433-1510.
