Accessible Document Design Consultation

Overview

  • Metro State employees are eligible to request Accessible Document Design Consultation to review a document for accessibility standards.

  • Specialists can help review the document and provide help toward remediating the document for distribution or use.

  • Receive one on one training on how to remediate an inaccessible document.

  • This service is not for accommodations. For accommodation needs, please contact Center for Accessibility Services at accessibility.resources@metrostate.edu or by phone at 651-793-1549.

  • Designing documents with Universal Design and best practices in mind from the start will allow you to more efficiently develop your documents.

  • Provides individualized consultation services for document design and best practices for accessibility needs for electronic documents for university distribution, and courses.
