Payroll Deduction for Parking Cancellation Request

Overview

• For those who have been enrolled in payroll deduction to cover the cost of contract parking in a Metropolitan State University parking lot or ramp and wish to stop the automatic parking deduction from their pay check. 

• Individuals can request to stop payroll deduction only one time per fiscal year (July 1- June 30). 

Additional Information

• Requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the effective date of cancellation.

• Cancellations will be effective as of the pay period end-date after submission of this request.

• In compliance with University Policy 4020 and Procedure 402, all University employees using University-provided parking facilities must pay for parking. This includes any parking facilities owned, leased, operated or occupied by the University.
