Questions:

• How do I access Adobe Creative Cloud if I am on campus using a Metro State computer or Virtual Lab?
• How do I access Adobe Creative Cloud from my personally owned computer?

Instructions to access Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

NOTES: 

1. Adobe Accounts now use Single Signon and Multi Factor Authentication
2. Accounts are now in the form of:  Staff/Faculty StarDI@minnstate.edu, Students StarID@go.minnstate.edu
3. Access Adobe Creative Cloud on a personally owned computer is only available in the Virtual Lab

• Step 1) Logon to Virtual Lab via labs.metrostate.edu or a Metro State Computer
• Step 2) Open desired Adobe application
• Step 3) The Adobe Sign In Screen will appear
• Step 4) Enter your account (Staff/Faculty:  StarID@minnstate.edu  Students:  StarID@go.minnstate.edu) and click Continue Button

• Step 5) The Microsoft SSO Logon Screen will appear
• Step 6)  Enter your account (Staff/Faculty:  StarID@minnstate.edu  Students:  StarID@go.minnstate.edu) and click Next Button

• Step 7)  The Microsoft SSO Enter Password Screen will appear
• Step 8)  Enter your StarID password and click Sign in Button

• Step 9) Complete Multi Facto Authentication Process
• Step 10) The Adobe Select a profile to sign in Screen will appear
• Step 11)  Select MNSCU - Metro State University
