There are times when a student or employee ID card is not working as expected for parking or door access. To resolve the issue, the RFID number on the back of the card is needed.
The RFID number is located on the back, below the magnetic strip at the bottom of the card. The number starts with an asterisk and is four to six digits long. In the image below the RFID is called out in red numbers.
