Web Page Review Process
In an effort to keep Metro State website information and content reviewed and up to date by the appropriate content owners and subject matter experts (SME), automated notifications will be sent to group content owners and subject matter experts (SMEs), every 30 days when more than 50% of the group’s pages have not been approved within the last 30 days.
- Visit https://my.metrostate.edu/my-apps/content-review, or browse to: My.Metro Employee Dashboard > My Apps > metrostate.edu Content Review, to view content you are assigned as content owner or SME.
- As an example, included in the graphic below, the content application table reflects 6 web pages, listed in each row, with 3 yellow-highlighted rows indicating need for review.
- When reviewing your own content table:
- use the links listed in the URL column to visit the page
- should you determine a page needs content updating, select the Ticket button for the respective page from the Links column; this will create a ticket for you to specify and request content needed for update on the page.
- Once you have completed page content review and have determined page content is up to date, select the respective box(es) listed in the left column, and then select the Approve button at the bottom of the table.
