Minnesota State Workday related information and communications include those sent to individuals, campus employees who will be future Workday end users, in addition to a variety of campus groups/audiences such as, Finance, HR, and Technology related SME and functional working groups involved in the NextGen project.

HR, Finance, and IET Workday Updates and Communications

Daily Post-Go-Live communications sent out to all Metro State employees on behalf of Metro State's Finance, HR, and IET Workday Cutover Team, for the first two weeks of go live, with project updates, guidance, reminders, and resources to support the employee community with Workday
Minnesota State Post-Go-Live communications that may include various updates, resources, tasks and associated dates are also being sent across Minnesota State campuses
Pre-Go Live Workday communications have been shared with university employees on an ongoing basis. In addition to communications sent by Minnesota State, weekly Metro Moment publications, and Metro State communications that include information related to Workday training, preparation activities, project updates, activity deadlines, freezes, and those communications, sent by, and that relate to Finance and HR related activities and information, have been communicated on an ongoing basis and will continue after Post-Go-Live.
