After project development has taken place (charter, RASCI, project plan), it's recommended to have a kickoff meeting with the project team. This initial meeting aligns all stakeholders and those completing tasks on the project goals, scope, timeline, and roles before the project work begins. It's important to set the tone and clarify expectations, getting everyone on the same page.
