- Annually, members of the President's Executive Cabinet (PEC) document their division work plan.
- Division work plans are a list of high-priority activities (projects, initiatives) for the fiscal year.
- Division work plan projects are in support of:
- Strategic Plan goals
- Master Plan goals/strategies
- Other division priorities
- PEC reviews all plans and discusses cross-division resource needs and prioritization.
- Facilitated by Alec Campbell, Institutional Effectiveness and Research (IER) on behalf of the President.
