Many advisors have live links in their email signature, giving students the option to schedule an appointment online using Microsoft Bookings.

Scheduling an appointment
- Click on the Schedule an appointment! hyperlink from your advisor’s email signature.
- From the options displayed, select an appointment date and time that works for you.
- Provide your name, contact information and other details and Book the appointment. Please enter your information carefully/accurately to ensure you receive the appointment invitation and notifications.
- You will receive an email confirmation for your booking (appointment). Use the information in it and/or attached .ics file to add the appointment and details to your calendar. It will not be added automatically.
Canceling or rescheduling
- From the email confirmation/invitation you received, click on the Reschedule (or Manage Bookings) button.

- You will be given the options below. Please Cancel the existing appointment, then if you need to reschedule, create a New booking (appointment). The Reschedule button will not work well for most advising calendars due to how they are set-up.

- If you have lost the email confirmation or encounter other issues, contact the advisor directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
