How to check the status and update a ticket in the service portal
1. Select Sign In located in the upper-right of the client portal.

2. Use your MinnState login credentials:

Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
Employees: StarID@minnstate.edu
Password:
StarID password
2. Click on Services.
3. Click on Ticket Requests.

4. A list of tickets will appear at the bottom of the screen. To refine the search type in relevant key words within the Search field.
5. Click on the Title to view a ticket. To update the ticket, click the Comment button.

7. Click in the field Nofify that contains a list to select from the person or group listed as Responsible. (This will notify the person assigned to your ticket by email.)
8. Click in the Comment field and type comment/update.
9. Click Save to submit your comment.
