Move ticket to another department's ticket queue

Overview

If a ticket is sent to your department's ticket queue but it not actually your work, the best way to send it is NOT to reassign it, but to move it to the other Application - ticket queue.  You can do this quickly by using the Move to Application action.

Note: You must have permissions to perform this action.


Move to Application

Click on Actions then click on Move to Application.

Next, select the place you wish to move the ticket to.
