Protect Sensitive Data When Submitting Tickets

Overview


Technicians shall ensure that the content of submitted and/or assigned tickets are professional and appropriate for business purposes. 

Comments to Tickets should be limited to people in the Reviewing Group or anyone assigned a Task by the Responsible person.


Sensitive or Confidential Information

  • Sensitive and confidential information should not be stored or transmitted within the TeamDynamix Ticketing System. A ticket should be submitted to request a Service or Report an Incident but should omit the mention of any sensitive or confidential information. If Sensitive or confidential information is required for the completion of the Request, it should be transmitted to the Assigned Technician in an appropriate manner.
